Job summary

Park Place Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team and support on-site hardware diagnostics and data center system analysis for customers within a 120-mile radius. You will diagnose servers and storage, perform repairs, and ensure SLA adherence while maintaining professional client communication.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with OEM data center hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and diagnostic ability.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to travel to client sites within territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hardware diagnostics and repair for data center equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair servers, SANs and storage devices.
• Communicate status and needs clearly to customers and support teams.
• Manage parts inventory and coordinate with service centers as needed.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and SLA adherence.
