Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Service Engineer in an Early Career Development program within the Electrical Engineering Services and Systems team in the United States. You will work on electrical power distribution projects, delivering technical solutions to customers and gaining hands-on experience across diverse environments.

The program provides structured training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities, with a company vehicle, toolkit, and travel across multiple service branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution with graduation date before Aug 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA 2.8.
• Minimum internship/co-op or 3 months in a technician/maintenance role with machines.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT etc.
• Must relocate within the United States.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned projects for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Deliver technical solutions to customers.
• Perform complex engineering assignments involving design, testing, or studies.
• Generate timely service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
