Job summary

Videojet Field Service Engineer – Jefferson City, MO (Home-based, Company Vehicle) is responsible for maintaining and supporting customer Videojet devices at sites, with travel in the Jefferson City area and limited overnights. You report to the Field Service Manager and build trusted customer relationships while delivering expert installation, diagnostics and repair services.

The role requires a technical degree or military training, 2+ years of field service or mechanical/electrical

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
Ability to comply with customer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies.
Valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

Travel throughout the Jefferson City, MO territory to support manufacturing customers, with most work completed during the day and limited overnight travel and/or limited weekend work.
Provide ongoing care and support for our customer's equipment.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues and deliver effective, timely solutions.
Become a trusted advisor and partner for our customers, to develop excellent relationships.
Extend our Videojet footprint in the market by promoting our service agreements and newer technology.
