Job summary
Evertz USA Inc. is seeking recent graduates to join our AV Service team, offering hands-on deployment and on-site support across the US. You will travel to customer sites, install products, and provide training while developing strong technical and customer service skills.
Work from home when not on field assignments is possible, and travel within the US and occasional Canada is required. A background in electrical/electronic/computer disciplines and passion for technology will help you excel in
Qualifications
- College or University education in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer disciplines.
- Passion for technology and learning new software and hardware.
- Hands-on IP Networking, server hardware and Linux OS experience.
- Desire to help customers and deliver service excellence.
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eligible for travel within US and Canada; US Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Travel within the US for deployments and service.
- Install products or systems at customer sites and train users.
- Respond with technical direction on issues, firmware upgrades, maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine root cause.
- Detailed data collection and reporting of issues.
- Coordinate with customer service and other departments to resolve issues.
