Evertz USA Inc. is seeking recent graduates to join our AV Service team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will combine technical know-how with customer service to support deployments and on-site service at studios and facilities.

The role requires travel within the US, with a flexible home location and remote work option when not on field assignments. You will install products, deliver training, diagnose issues, and communicate feedback across teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IP networking, servers, and Linux OS.
• Desire to help customers and deliver service excellence.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across issues.

Responsabilités

• Travel within the US for customer deployments and service.
• Install products or systems at customer sites and provide product training.
• Respond with technical direction on operational issues, firmware upgrades and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues through research and recreation to find root cause.
• Systematic, detail-oriented data collection and reporting of issues.
• Maintain communication between customer service and other departments to resolve issues.
