Job summary

Evertz USA Inc. (Evertz) is seeking recent graduates to join our AV Service team, with a flexible remote work option for any US state.

You will serve as the first point of contact for clients, travel across the US to deploy and support products, and deliver on-site training at customer sites and facilities. This role blends technical know-how with customer service, offering hands-on product deployment, on-site training, and collaboration with a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• College or University background in electrical/electronic or computer disciplines.
• Hands-on IP networking, server hardware and Linux OS experience.
• Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the US for customer deployments and general service.
• Install products or systems at customer sites and provide training.
• Respond with technical direction on operational issues and firmware upgrades.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose issues and determine root causes.
• Systematic troubleshooting, data collection and reporting of issues.
• Maintain cross-department communication to resolve issues.
