Job summary

Evertz USA Inc. is seeking recent graduates to join our AV Service team, supporting deployments at customer sites across the United States. You will split time between on-site installations and remote troubleshooting, gaining hands-on experience with broadcast, film, and pro audio/video equipment.

Travel within the US is required, with a flexible home location in any state. This role blends technical knowledge with customer service to influence client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Education in Electrical, Electronic or Computer disciplines.
• Passion for technology and learning new software/hardware.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the US for deployments and general service.
• Install products or systems at customer sites and provide training.
• Respond to technical issues, firmware upgrades, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and determine root causes with proper documentation.
• Maintain communication between customer service and other departments.
