Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals.
• Able to work in a clean room environment with PPE.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally based on customer needs.
• Graduate eligible role; on-site in Burlington, VT

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services of Lam's systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and isolate issues to component level; minimize downtime.
• Stay up-to-date on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products.
• Maintain records and coordinate activities with customers.
• Serve as a subject matter expert delivering customer satisfaction.
• Discuss opportunities and challenges with customers to build trust.
• Update customers on Lam tools status as needed.
