Job summary

Roman Health Pharmacy LLC seeks a technically skilled professional to own integration, testing, deployment, and field support of multidisciplinary systems. You will be a customer-facing technical lead, coordinating with R&D and operations across deployment and operation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in system integration, testing, or field service.
• Strong understanding of electronics and ability to read schematics.
• Experience with communication protocols (TCP/IP, RS232/RS485).
• Understanding of mechanical systems and test equipment.
• Experience with Embedded systems / Linux is an advantage.
• High-level English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing technical activities, acting as a focal point between R&D/Operation and the customer.
• Perform installation, integration, and commissioning of systems at customer sites (domestic and international).
• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and system repair.
• Manage and execute in-house repairs and maintenance activities.
• Conduct system testing (functional, communication, software, and hardware).
• Deliver system demonstrations and operational training to customers.
• Prepare reports, document faults, and provide feedback to R&D teams.
• Support deployment, upgrades, and operational activities in the field.

Position Summary Responsible for integration, testing, deployment, and field support of multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electrical, and software). Acts as a customer-facing technical lead, supporting R&D-related projects and managing customer interactions throughout deployment and operation.

This role requires to travel to Israel for 5-8 days for training as most of the equipment, engineering activities, and subject matter experts are currently located in Israel. In the future, this requirement may no longer be necessary as capabilities are established locally.
