Job description

Do you thrive on solving complex technical problems and prefer being in the field rather than behind a desk?

We're looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team and become a critical technical resource for our customers. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys troubleshooting industrial equipment, working independently, traveling extensively, and delivering exceptional customer support.

This is a road warrior position.

  • Complete detailed service reports and communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to field service technicians and less experienced team members.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by sharing field observations and recommendations.
What Makes This Role Different

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your service calls, make technical decisions in the field, and directly impact customer success. You’ll work with customers across a variety of industries while building expertise in advanced industrial equipment and systems.

Successful candidates are self-motivated, adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in demanding industrial environments.
