Job summary

Fedegari is seeking a Service Coordinator to schedule and dispatch field service technicians and contractors across assigned territories, ensuring timely service delivery.

You will act as the primary liaison among customers, field personnel and internal stakeholders, monitor SLAs, coordinate parts and logistics, and support continuous improvement initiatives. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in technical or customer support are required, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, supply chain, or business admin.
• 3+ years in customer support, technical support, after-sales service, or supply chain in a technical/industrial env.
• Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical, sales, and service teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
