• Experience supporting commercial building systems or facility equipment.
• Experience managing the full work order lifecycle from intake to closeout.
• Experience coordinating with ETA and NTE management.
• Experience using multiple systems with dual monitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from intake through closeout.
• Receive, triage, and prioritize incoming service requests.
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate service providers.
• Troubleshoot service issues and resolve remotely when possible.
• Monitor ETA, NTE, and job progress; schedule maintenance and timed requests.
• Update internal systems and client portals.
• Collect job documentation, photos, and customer sign-offs.
• Prepare quotes and proposals as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
