Qualifications

• 2+ yearsDispatch/ service administration experience.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong admin, clerical, and IT skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Field Service Technicians and coordinate with customers.
• Open and track service work orders in the business system; manage time sheets and expenses.
• Process Customer POs and issue sublet POs as needed; invoicing.
• Maintain records of time cards, labor and expenses; ensure timely submission.
• Coordinate maintenance on service vehicles and equipment; ensure safety procedures.
