Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath in Auburndale, FL is seeking a Field Service Coordinator. The role handles incoming calls and emails to schedule service, prepares work orders, and coordinates dispatch of service technicians in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will also generate POs and invoices, support the service department, and back up the Administrative Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent organization and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails from customers and politely and effectively works with customer to describe service requirement and schedule visit from service technician.
• Create, edit and update POs and Invoices as needed
• Generate schedule for service technicians
• Consider time sensitivity of requests to ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot some items via telephone and shares appropriate resources with customers
• Provide administrative support to service department
• Act as back up to Administrative Coordinator and Operations team with regards to phone coverage and service call tickets.
• Performs other duties as assigned
