Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails from customers to describe service requirements and schedule visits from technicians.
• Create, edit and update POs and invoices as needed.
• Generate schedules for service technicians.
• Consider time sensitivity of requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot items via telephone and share resources with customers.
• Provide administrative support to the service department.
• Act as back up to Administrative Coordinator and Operations team for phone coverage and tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
