Job summary

ACF, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support our GeneratorService team in Jacksonville, FL. This role coordinates field service dispatching, quotes, and ongoing service projects to ensure timely completion and superior customer satisfaction.

You will manage technician schedules, prepare service quotations, and support invoicing and parts coordination while collaborating across departments in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, or 2+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, logistics, customer service, or related role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to learn new software and business operating systems quickly.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support team objectives.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service technicians to maximize efficiency and customer response times.
• Manage incoming service requests, emergency calls, preventativemaintenance visits, and scheduled service work.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, scheduling updates, and project status.
• Monitor technician schedules and make adjustments based on customer needs and business priorities.
