Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath is seeking a Service Coordinator to respond to customer requests, prepare work orders, and coordinate dispatch for our in-house technicians. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service.

The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate excellent organization and customer service.
• Proven ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails describing service requirements and schedule visits from service technicians.
• Consider time sensitivity of requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate schedules for service technicians.
• Troubleshoot items via telephone and share resources with customers.
• Provide administrative support to the service department.
• Back up Administrative Coordinator and Operations with phone coverage and service tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
