Florida Utility Trailers Inc. is seeking a Mobile Service Coordinator to support our growing mobile service operations. You will schedule on-site and roadside repairs, dispatch technicians, and ensure timely, reliable service for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or business training preferred.
• 1–3+ years in service coordination/dispatching in field-service or fleet environments.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and dispatch software; Excede/Karmak a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; local travel may be required.
• Experience with transport refrigeration, trailer service, heavy-duty trucks, or HVAC/R preferred.
• Familiarity with EPA refrigerant regulations, DOT inspections, or related compliance is a plus.
• Excellent documentation and customer-communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily mobile service schedules and dispatcher to support on-site and roadside service.
• Gather information from calls, emails, and messages about refrigeration issues and repair needs.
• Prioritize emergencies, maintenance, inspections, and repair requests.
• Optimize technician routes and workload to improve response times.
• Create and close work orders with accurate status.
• Prepare or coordinate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Communicate appointment timing, delays, findings, and completion status.
• Coordinate parts and materials, check availability, place orders, arrange delivery.
• Collaborate with service managers, technicians, and parts teams to resolve issues.
• Support preventive maintenance scheduling based on intervals or agreements.
• Assist with invoicing prep, warranty docs, and service reporting.
• Support after-hours on-call coordination as needed.
