• Schedule and dispatch field labor to meet requests based on urgency and resources.
• Document, prioritize, and organize service work orders, timesheets and related records.
• Assist in processing credit memos, collections, and project profitability.
• Maintain SAP data for employees, service calls and customers.
• Support non-installed parts sales including orders, pricing and invoicing where needed.
