Job summary

Tech9 in Burr Ridge, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day activities of field service technicians and provide quality service to clients at headquarters.

You will schedule service calls, maintain client communications, and ensure data integrity in our E-Automate system while coordinating with billing and parts teams. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and time-management skills, and 2–3 years in customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), email and on the phone.
• Must possess a great attitude, have excellent organizational skills and time/task management skills to prioritize & make decisions.
• Two to 3 years + related experience and/or training in customer service, billing or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service calls to Field Service Technicians and/or route calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain on-going communications with current clients in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Maintain data integrity in our E-Automate service system by completing work within the proper time-frame.
• Follow-up with the customer on service calls when complete by providing prompt guidance.
• Process defective parts repair claims when necessary.
• Responsible for supplies replenishment orders for our print management contracts.
• Verify and maintain customer contact and database information.
• Invoicing of Print Management Agreements & Service Agreements.
• Responsible for handling light shipping of parts and supplies utilizing the UPS system.
