Job summary

Tech9 is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Burr Ridge, IL headquarters. You will support field service technicians and provide quality service to clients, coordinating service calls and maintaining data in E-Automate.

You will also handle billing-related tasks and light shipping, ensuring timely communication with customers. The role requires 2–3 years of related experience or training in customer service or billing.
