Job summary

Tech9 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day activities of field service technicians and provide quality service to clients at the Burr Ridge, IL headquarters. You will schedule service calls, maintain client communications, and ensure data integrity in our service system.

Responsibilities include invoicing, parts and supplies replenishment, and coordinating light shipping. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and professional email/phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service calls for Field Service Technicians and route to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and ensure data integrity in the service system.
• Follow up with customers after service calls and provide guidance on next steps.
