Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service calls to Field Service Technicians and route calls to the right personnel.
• Maintain data integrity in the E-Automate service system and complete work in time frames.
• Follow-up with customers on service calls and provide prompt guidance.
• Process defective parts repair claims when necessary.
• Handle light shipping of parts and supplies using UPS system.
• Invoicing of Print Management Agreements & Service Agreements.
• Verify and maintain customer contact and database information.
