Job summary

DeSHAZO is seeking a Service Coordinator to support aftermarket field service operations. You will assist the service manager with urgent scheduling, equipment readiness, and parts procurement to keep projects on track.

In this role, you will communicate with customers and vendors, review tickets and inspections, and coordinate billing with office staff. Some travel with technicians may be required to observe progress and meet clients.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role; industrial setting a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to assign technicians and resources by priority.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Willingness to learn Deshazo software quickly.
• Strong communication with customers, vendors and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist service manager with customer calls and technician scheduling.
• Ensure adequate equipment is onsite for project completion.
• Research and procure parts and supplies as needed for project completion.
• Review service tickets for completion and accuracy.
• Work with office staff to bill/invoice customers.
• Review inspection reports and communicate findings to customers.
• Occasionally travel with technicians to observe progress and meet customers.
• Perform other duties as required.
