Job summary

ProMach in the United States is hiring a Service Coordinator to manage field service activities, create estimates, schedule technicians, and support billing. You’ll work with customers, engineers, Spare Parts, and Sales to ensure timely, accurate service delivery and complete documentation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or service coordination, strong organizational skills, proficiency with Salesforce and ERP systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, administrative support, or related role.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or field service preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to service requests and emails; gather customer information and service requirements.
• Create service estimates and manage Service Agreements; schedule and dispatch field service technicians.
• Support invoicing of service labor, travel, expenses, and Service Agreement work; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Spare Parts, and other departments to ensure successful service delivery.
