Job summary

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. seeks a Service Coordinator to act as the coordination backbone for the Aftermarket Department in Houston.

You will interface with Field Team members and internal stakeholders to ensure policy adherence, provide information, and be the first contact for service customers. Responsibilities include maintaining Excel-based service tools, coordinating planning and billing, tracking time sheets and safety records, and assisting with travel and visa for Field Engineers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in the parts distribution industry or equivalent
• 1–3 years office administration experience
• Proficient with MS Office and data management

Responsibilities

• Maintain Excel service tools and interface with ERP and Autodesk
• Coordinate planning and billing of service work including warranty
• Track time sheets daily reports and JHA records for QA
• Coordinate visas and passports for traveling field engineers
• Schedule site safety training and coordinate field personnel
• Open/close service jobs in LN and assist with parts shipping
• First point of contact for customer service and inquiries
