Job summary

Tech9 is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day activities of field service technicians and provide quality service to clients at our Burr Ridge, IL headquarters. You will coordinate service calls, maintain client communications, and ensure data accuracy in our service systems.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience in customer service or billing, with strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related customer service/billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service calls with field technicians.
• Maintain ongoing communications with clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain data integrity in the service system and ensure timely work completion.
• Follow up with customers after service calls with prompt guidance.
• Process defective parts repair claims when necessary.
• Assist with light shipping of parts and supplies via UPS; manage supplies.
