Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking Field Service Analysts to support and train users on Gotham and related software, strengthening user relationships and resolving technical issues. You will develop new use cases and work with analysts to solve complex problems across a global enterprise.

The role requires hands‑on Gotham experience, classroom or deskside training, and a TS/SCI clearance. Travel may be required, and familiarity with DoD/intelligence missions is important for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Gotham and ability to train users.
• Training experience (classroom or deskside).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions.
• TS/SCI clearance is REQUIRED.
• Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS; travel as required.
• Technical knowledge including Python, Java or HTML.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and support users of Gotham.
• Develop new use cases and provide feedback on software enhancements.
• Train users on application functionality and best practices.
