Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking experienced operations and intelligence professionals to join our team as Field Service Analyst. You will train users on Gotham, Gaia, and Foundry and troubleshoot issues on the front lines while strengthening user relationships worldwide.

Work with analysts to develop new use cases, resolve complex problems, and provide feedback for software improvements. Travel may be required CONUS and OCONUS as needed.

Qualifications

Hands-on Gotham experience with user training.
Deskside or classroom training experience.
Proficient at troubleshooting technical issues.
Strong understanding of DoD/Intelligence missions.
TS/SCI clearance is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot issues and guide users in Gotham usage.
