Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking experienced operations and intelligence professionals to join our team as Field Service Analysts. You will be on the front lines strengthening user relationships, troubleshooting issues, and training users on Gotham, Gaia, and Foundry.

Work with analysts to develop new use cases and provide direct feedback for feature enhancements while promoting collaboration across our global enterprise to ensure continued success for our customers. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Gotham required.
• Training experience (Classroom or Deskside).
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with Gaia and Foundry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve user problems.
• Train users on Gotham and other software.
• Develop new use cases with analysts.
• Provide feedback to software teams on feature enhancements.
