Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking experienced operations and intelligence professionals to join our team as Field Service Analysts. You will apply and train others on Gotham, Gaia, and Foundry, troubleshoot issues, develop new use cases, and support users worldwide.

This role emphasizes collaboration across a global enterprise and delivering direct feedback for software enhancements. The role requires DoD/Intelligence mission understanding, strong communication, and willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Gotham; train users on its application and functionality.
• Training experience (classroom or deskside).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions.
• TS/SCI clearance is REQUIRED.
• Prior Gaia knowledge and Foundry debugging capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and support users across projects.
• Develop new use cases and test enhancements with analysts.
• Train users and coordinate with global teams to ensure adoption and success.
