Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking experienced operations and intelligence professionals skilled in using and training others on software such as Gotham, Gaia, and Foundry to join our team as Field Service Analysts. You will troubleshoot issues, develop new use cases, and work with analysts to solve complex problems for customers worldwide.

You will promoting collaboration across a global enterprise and provide feedback on feature enhancements while ensuring strong user relationships and mission support

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Gotham and training users on its application.
• Experience delivering classroom or deskside training.
• Proficient at troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions.
• TS/SCI clearance is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues for users and maintain system performance.
• Train and guide users in Gotham usage and capabilities.
• Develop new use cases and collaborate with analysts to solve problems.
