Job summary

SHINE Systems is seeking experienced operations and intelligence professionals to join our team as Field Service Analysts. You will train users on Gotham, troubleshoot issues, and develop new use cases in collaboration with analysts.

You’ll help strengthen user relationships and provide feedback for software improvements while supporting global customers. You will work with DoD/Intelligence missions in mind, travel as required, and contribute to a trusted, worldwide enterprise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Gotham software.
• Experience training users in its application and functionality.
• Proven troubleshooting experience.
• Strong understanding of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions.
• TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues to resolve user problems efficiently.
• Develop new use cases and workflows with input from analysts.
• Collaborate with a global user base to promote best practices and feedback loops.
• Train users in the application and capabilities of Gotham and related tools.
