Job summary

SHINE Systems seeks experienced operations and intelligence professionals to join our team as Field Service Analysts. You will train users on Gotham, troubleshoot issues, and help develop new use cases while collaborating with analysts to solve unique problems.

You will work with global users, provide direct feedback on software enhancements, and promote cross-team collaboration to ensure our customers’ continued success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Gotham and training others.
• Experience in delivering classroom or deskside instruction.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex systems.
• Knowledge of DoD, Intelligence, or Law Enforcement missions.
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users on Gotham usage.
• Develop and demonstrate new use cases.
• Collaborate with analysts to solve complex problems.
