Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a senior Dynamic Server Support professional to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, deskside, ESF, and servers for client environments. The role requires direct client interaction and timely issue resolution across varying complexities.

Responsibilities include handling service calls, documenting activities, and maintaining inventory control. Candidates should have a technical background, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel; overtime and overnight

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the SLA.
• Meet established customer service criteria and guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks related to each call.
• Provide real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow policies and documents for service delivery.
• Control assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report activity in a timely manner.
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines.
• Additional requirements may exist if employment offer is extended.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
