Job summary

Exact Sciences in Noblesville, Indiana is seeking a Screening Solutions Specialist to promote Cologuard adoption in local medical practices and to communicate the value of colorectal cancer screening within the broader care continuum.

You will build and maintain relationships with physicians, administrators and other stakeholders, analyze market dynamics, and collaborate with teams across Marketing, Medical Affairs and Sales to shape effective account plans. Travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or Science, or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of prior sales, inside sales or account management experience OR 1+ years plus healthcare-related experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Generate deep insight into local healthcare ecosystems to identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes and drive growth.
• Analyze treatment journeys to identify account opportunities and support clinical decision making.
• Build a network of relationships within accounts and diligently capture customer interactions in CRM.
• Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility of Exact Sciences products and maximize sales growth.
• Lead implementation of account plans with cross‑functional teams to address customer needs and improve care systems.
