Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Screening Sales Representative to advance colorectal cancer screening by partnering with healthcare providers to increase adoption of Cologuard and related diagnostic solutions. This field-based role covers Beckley, Charleston, Oak Hill, Logan, Williamson, VA, and surrounding areas.

You will build trusted relationships, identify opportunities to improve patient care, and drive business growth through account management, clinical education, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of sales or account management experience or 1 year sales + 1 year healthcare experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence customers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase awareness and adoption of Cologuard.
• Build relationships with physicians and healthcare administrators to deliver value-based solutions.
• Analyze local markets and data to identify opportunities that improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Ops, and Area Managers to implement strategies.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM with high ethics and compliance.
