Job summary

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics is seeking a Screening Sales Representative (SSS) to drive Cologuard sales across Southlake and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with clinicians, educate on colon cancer screening, and contribute to revenue growth by implementing account plans and leveraging CRM tools.

The role requires field-based work, up to 75% travel locally, and collaboration with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales teams to improve patient outcomes through Abbott solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience.
• Healthcare/medical devices sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate deep insight into local healthcare ecosystems to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• Analyze treatment journeys to improve clinical decision making and patient outcomes.
• Build relationships with accounts and capture CRM data (POC, calls, market intelligence).
• Develop and implement business plans to maximize visibility and sales of Colorectal Cancer screening solutions.
• Lead implementation of engagement approaches with internal stakeholders (SA, Medical Affairs, Marketing).
• Educate stakeholders on product value and screening importance using clinical data.
