Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Screening Sales Representative to drive colorectal cancer screening adoption in the Fredericksburg, VA region. This field-based role partners with healthcare providers to deliver Cologuard and related diagnostics, building trusted relationships and strategic account plans.

You will analyze markets, collaborate across departments, and advance patient care while maintaining high ethical and regulatory standards. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel daily across the assigned territory and meet credentialing requirements
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to increase awareness and adoption of Cologuard and other diagnostic solutions
• Build relationships with physicians and healthcare administrators to deliver value-based diagnostics
• Analyze local markets and data to identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations, and Area Managers to implement strategies
• Document interactions and pipeline in CRM while upholding ethics and compliance
