Job summary

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics is seeking a field-based Screening Solutions Specialist to drive Cologuard growth across McAlester, OK and surrounding territories. You will build a network of accounts, analyze local care pathways, and leverage CRM tools to capture insights and opportunities.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with physicians and healthcare teams, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Medical Affairs and Marketing to improve patient outcomes and grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of sales or inside sales or account management experience OR 1+ years in healthcare or related field.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license; no suspended, revoked, or invalid license.
• No more than two moving violations or accidents in the last 36 months.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Generate deep insight into local healthcare ecosystems to identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes.
• Analyze treatment journeys to identify opportunities to work with HCPs on clinical decision making.
• Build relationships with accounts and capture interactions in the CRM database (POC, calls, market intelligence).
• Synthesize data using Engage (CRM), Excel, and Tableau to guide account potential and opportunities.
• Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility and sales of Abbott Cancer Diagnostics products.
• Lead implementation of customer plans and pre/post-call engagement with internal stakeholders.
• Educate target physicians on Abbott products and value propositions to support informed decisions.
