Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits seeks a Team Leader to oversee a group of Account Managers, ensuring alignment with sales standards, distribution expansion, and product freshness. You will coach, develop talent, and drive performance across accounts in the South Denver Metro area.

You will coach teams in delivery, merchandising, and sales leadership, with KPIs guiding performance and ongoing development. A strong emphasis on in-field coaching and strategic planning is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beverage sales, field execution, or merchandising experience.
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of retail execution standards and product rotation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a team of Account Managers to hit distribution and sales goals.
• Provide field training and ongoing performance feedback.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust workloads or strategies for productivity.
• Ensure team executes promotional calendars and new product launches.
• Drive market share growth through targeted selling and expanded distribution.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop quarterly business plans.
