Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Team Leader to supervise Account Managers, drive distribution, display, and sales goals, and model high-performance execution in the field. You will guide the team to excel in retailer partnerships and promotions while maintaining strong leadership presence across accounts.

You will coach and develop your team, align with district and sales leadership, manage promotions and launches, and analyze territory data to close gaps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading a team in beverage sales or field execution is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Account Managers to meet distribution, display, and sales goals.
• Provide field training and performance feedback to team members.
• Monitor KPI performance and adjust workloads and routes.
• Act as accountability for team execution and route optimization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Drive market share through targeted selling and expanded distribution.
• Ensure promotional calendars, new product launches, and in-market programming are executed.
• Collaborate with district and sales leadership on quarterly business plans.
