Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales growth and market share by increasing product distribution across assigned retail accounts in Colorado. You will champion promotions, negotiate placements, and build enduring partnerships with store managers and buyers.

The role requires proactive stock rotation, inventory monitoring, and regular visits to accounts to review performance, introduce new products, and provide updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; 1+ years experience in beverage sales, merchandising, or route execution; strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; highly organized with multiple priorities; must be 21+ with valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share through targeted selling and expanding distribution points across all relevant categories.
• Present and promote a broad portfolio of brands to retailers, ensuring alignment with promotions and seasonal initiatives.
• Increase shelf space and secure primary placements for core SKUs.
• Launch and execute promotions to drive short-term lift and long-term distribution wins.
• Develop new product launches with plans including POS, sampling events, and education.
• Maintain product freshness via stock rotation and compliance with standards.
• Monitor inventories and adjust to avoid out-of-stocks or aging stock.
