Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits in the South Denver Metro area seeks a Team Leader to supervise Account Managers, drive distribution, and elevate in-store execution. You will coach the team, align with sales standards, and coach on promotions and new product launches to maximize market impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in beverage sales or field execution, or merchandising.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail execution standards and product rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Managers to meet distribution, display, and sales goals.
• Provide field training and ongoing performance feedback to team members.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust workloads, territories, or strategies for productivity.
• Act as main point of accountability for team execution and route effectiveness.
• Foster a team culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Support market share growth through targeted selling and expanded distribution.
• Ensure promotional calendars, new product launches, and in-market programming are executed.
