Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Senior Multi-Tenant Sales Leader to guide a team of sales reps, coach for performance, and drive revenue across assigned territories. The role blends field and office work with a focus on customer experience, process adherence, and compliance. Travel is required.

The ideal candidate has a business/marketing background with 1+ year of sales experience and a valid driver’s license; English skills are essential and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of community sales practices.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and reinforce customer experience through daily team coaching and field observation.
• Own team sales performance and ensure budgeted goals via performance management and coaching.
• Supervise and direct Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives with daily activity management and coaching.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard team members with training on processes and compliance.
• Balance approximately 70% field work and 30% office work, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Communicate territory assignments and ensure coverage of properties.
• Monitor payroll and approve commissions per policy.
