Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales or related work experience.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel using a reliable personal vehicle, including in adverse weather conditions.
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a residential sales team to hit targets and grow the customer base.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff and develop the team.
• Set clear expectations and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Assess training needs and implement development plans for Residential Connectivity Sales Specialists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives and support business decisions.
• Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spectrum products, market trends and competitor activity.
