Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisor to lead a high-performing team delivering top-tier connectivity solutions to customers’ homes. You will guide and inspire a dedicated group while driving results that shape the future of residential connectivity.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, supervise daily operations, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet targets. Travel across territories is expected, with emphasis on coaching and performance feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of outside sales or related work experience.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development and readiness.
Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Assess training needs, identify knowledge gaps and implement development plans for Residential Connectivity Sales Specialists.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to accomplish objectives and support business decisions.
Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain up-to-date understanding of Spectrum product offerings, market trends and competitor activity.
