Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee the Multi-Tenant Sales Department, coaching representatives, driving performance, and ensuring adherence to process, customer experience, and compliance standards across territories.

You will recruit and onboard staff, monitor payroll and commissions, and maintain territory coverage while balancing ~70% field work and 30% office duties. Strong English skills and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience (required).
• 1+ years of sales experience (required).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English (required).
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance (required).
• Spanish language ability (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department.
• Lead and coach Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives to meet budgeted goals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard sales staff; train on processes and compliance.
• Manage territory assignments and payroll/commissions per policy.
• Support field operations with field and office work balance.
