Spectrum is seeking a Multi-Tenant Sales Manager in California to lead and coach the sales team, ensuring budget attainment, customer experience, and compliance across territories. The role combines field coaching with office work to optimize performance and process adherence.

You will recruit, onboard, and manage reps, maintain territory assignments, and drive coverage, payroll accuracy, and performance improvements in a dynamic field environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives to exceed goals.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations in assigned territories.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard reps.
• Monitor payroll and approve commissions per policy.
• Provide field coaching 70% and office work 30%.
• Ensure territory coverage and turf alignment.
• Address employee relations and training needs.
• Assist with budget preparation and sales offers.
• Perform other duties as required.
