Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and drive Spectrum's high-speed data and communication solutions. You will build relationships, tailor proposals, and manage end-to-end sales documentation in a predominantly field-based role.

The position offers a base salary with incentives, with total compensation potentially exceeding $100,000 annually, plus Spectrum services benefits. Local travel and evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English
• Engaging interpersonal skills and ability to listen and tailor sales strategies
• Strong drive to succeed and self-motivation in a field-based role
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum's solutions
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report insights to your manager
